Getting started
- Is it really free?
- Yes. The website audit gives 5 free page audits and the Google Business Profile audit is free twice a day. On the website audit the free plan shows every problem and your top 3 fixes in full. You pay for every fix, more pages or the Google Fix Kit.
- Which tool do I need?
- If customers find you through your website, start with the website audit. If they find you on Google Maps or search for you by name and area, start with the Google Business Profile audit. Many businesses use both.
- Do I need to connect my Google account?
- No. Both audits read public information only. Anything we cannot see publicly is marked as not verified rather than guessed.
- Why do you ask for my email?
- To send you the link to your report, and so your reports appear in your account when you sign in with the same address.
The reports
- What does the website audit check?
- 41 checks on the page you enter, grouped into Google search, AI answers and technical health, plus a Google speed test. Paid plans add a comparison with a competitor's page.
- What does the Google Business Profile audit check?
- Your listing across 8 areas, how you compare with 3 nearby competitors, and what 4 of your public photos show.
- How accurate is it?
- Each finding is based on what we could read publicly at the time of the audit. AI-written parts, such as photo labels, are marked so you can check them against what you see.
- Do you guarantee rankings?
- No. Nobody honestly can. The audits show what is wrong and how to fix it; the results depend on the fixes you make.
Plans and payment
- What is the Fix Kit?
- A one-time purchase for one business listing. It opens the full step-by-step fix for every gap in that business's Google report, with example wording and a checklist.
- Where do I find my fixes after paying?
- You are taken back to your report straight after payment. Later, sign in, open your account and choose "Open full report" next to the business.
- Does one Fix Kit cover several businesses?
- No. Each Fix Kit covers one business listing. A second business needs its own kit.
- Can I cancel a monthly plan?
- Yes, at any time from your account. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
- How do I pay?
- Payments are handled securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
